HENRY NIENDIEK DEAD

John Henry Niendiek died at his home in Dieterich, Ill., Saturday evening at 8:30 o'clock, Nov. 1st. 1924. Funeral services were held at Immaculate Conception church Dieterich Monday morning, Nov. 3rd, followed by burial of remains in the parish cemetery. Rev. Father Oscar Wernett, pastor of said church officiated. The funeral was largely attended.

Deceased is survived by his wife and two sons, Tony and Frank of Dieterich, three daughters, Anna (Mrs. Herman Westendorf) of Dieterich, Kathryn, (Mrs. Frank Kemme) and Agnes, one half brother Barney Niendieck, one sister (Mrs. Dick Overbeck) and one half sister (Mrs. Henry Lau) and other relatives.

John Henry Niendiek was the son of John Henry Niendiek, Sr. and Josephine Hatke, pioneer settleds of Teutopolis and saw the light of day Mar. 1st. 1850 making his age at time of death 74 years and 8 months. May his soul rest in peace.
