George Satterfeal, 49, Dies; Rites Saturday

George Euin Satterfeal, 49, died 4 p.m. (C.S.T.) Thursday in Macon County sanitarium, Decatur, where he had been a patient three weeks.

The body was brought to thStensel funderal home, farmer City, where services will be held 2:30 p.m. (C.S.T.) Sautday. Rev. Fred R. Harrold of Farmer City Christian church will officiate and burial will be in Maple Grove cemetery.

Mr. Satterfeal was born Sept 16, 1901, in Campbellsville, Ky., the son of Shive and Emma Grammer Satterfeal. He was married to Doris Edna LeVeck at Bloomington in 1922. She died in January 1947.

Mr. Satterfeal leaves four sons, Leslie Allen and Delmar, all of Farmer City, and Goyle of Mahomet; six daughters, Edna Linda, and Deana Satterfeal, Mrs. Mildred Grindley and Mrs. Dorothy Grindley, all of Mahomet, and Margaret, Farmer City; two brothers, William, Farmer City, and Leo, LeRoy; three sisters, Mrs. Emily Thompson, Bloomington, and Mrs. Sarah Bailey and Mrs. Virgie Bailey, LeRoy. A sister preceded him in death.

He had lived in Farmer City the _ast 22 years and was employed at Carls's Truck Stop.
