SARAH E. BAILEY

Sarah E. Bailey, 62, of LeRoy, died at 1:20 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 11, 1977, at the home of her sons.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Bruce Memorial Home, LeRoy, with Rev. William Hullis officiating. Burial will be in DeLand Cemetery.

Friends may call from 5 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Mrs. Bailey was born Sept. 21, 1914 at Campbellsville, Ky., a daughter of Shive and Emma Grammer Satterfeal.

She married Roscoe Bailey Sr. on Dec. 23, 1947. He died April 12, 1963.

She leaves sons, Richard Satterfeal of Cerro Gordo. Terry Bailey and Albert Bailey, both of LeRoy.

She also leaves stepsons, Roscoe Bailey of Sabina, Cecil Bailey of Danville, Va., Larry Bailey of McLean, Robert Deon Bailey of El Paso, Tex; stepdaughters, Gail Denny of LeRoy, Alberta Wheeler, Martha Embery, and Rosemary McGath, all of Atlanta, Ill.

Also surviving are 10 grandchildren; __ stepgrandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; a brother, Leo Satterfeal of LeRoy; sisters, Emily Thompson of Bloomington; and Cora V. Bailey of Atlanta.

She was preceded in death by one daughter, two stepsons, three brothers, two sisters and two granddaughters.

Mrs. Baley was employed for 12 years at Williams Eureka Co. in Bloomington.
